Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in perfect saleable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to the following address:

To initiate a return, please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the safe return of goods is your responsibility until received at the returns address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns

For international returns, please clearly mark “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of the parcel to help avoid additional customs charges.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these charges. If such fees are applied to your return, they will be deducted from your refund or may result in the return being refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
