Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. We use a tracked shipping service for all deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that for all non-UK customers, the shipping charges only cover the cost of delivery. You are responsible for any and all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that your country may charge.

Delivery and Signature

To ensure your order arrives safely, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. 

Important Notes

• We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• If a delivery is unsuccessful after two or more attempts, we may be forced to cancel your order. In this case, we will refund the cost of your order, minus the original shipping fees. We will attempt to contact you beforehand to arrange for a new order if you still want the items.
