Shipping Policy

Standard UK delivery: FREE
International delivery: £15

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. We use a tracked shipping service for all deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that, due to new regulatory requirements, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the European Union until further notice.

For all other non-UK customers, shipping charges cover the cost of delivery only. You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be charged by your country.

Delivery and Signature

To ensure your order arrives safely, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. 

Important Notes

  • We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • If a delivery is unsuccessful after two or more attempts, we may be forced to cancel your order. In this case, we will refund the cost of your order, minus the original shipping fees. We will attempt to contact you beforehand to arrange for a new order if you still want the items.
